Shipping (New Zealand only)
We ship orders from our office/warehouse located in Auckland nationwide*
All shipments are tracked. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can monitor your order's progress.

Rural address
Please select the rural delivery options if your address is classified as rural (you can check if your address is rural here: https://www.nzpost.co.nz/tools/address-postcode-finder). If the wrong shipping method is chosen for your address your order may be cancelled and refunded.
Delivery times
We aim to get your parcel dispatched within 1 business day following your order. From there, the courier company takes around 1-3 working days to deliver to major cities in New Zealand. Please allow extra days for rural addresses.
