Can be used on damp towel-dried hair and clean, dry hair.
How to use: Take an appropriate amount (1 to 3 pushes) of towel-dried hair or dry hair after shampooing. Spread with your palm. Apply to the entire hair, especially at the sharply damaged ends of the hair. Dry with a dryer if necessary.
